Important dates to take note of

Dear members,

Please take some time to read the following notes regarding Term 2 activities.

Interclass Basketball:
Competition will be held from 17th to 21st May. Exact dates to be confirmed. Please do participate as it will gain you CCA points.

22nd May 2010 (North Zone Sports Carnival)
This external competition is organised for Sec 1 and Sec 2 non-school team players 2010.
It is a 3 on 3 competition however we can register more than 3 players. details are as follows

Date: 22nd May 2010 (Sat Morning)
Time: 730 to 1230 pm
Venue: Christ Church Sec School
A bus will be booked to bring you to the venue and back to Maris Stella High School

Secondary one students who are interested to join this competition, please email me at mariannepng@hotmail.com by next Friday 23rd April 2010.

CBL members (sec 3 and wei qin)

Take note that there will be a competition this Sunday 18th April 2010 at 2 pm.
As the venue is very far away. I will be booking a bus which will be in Maris Stella High School at 1pm.
Please do not be late as we do not wish to keep the opposition team waiting.
Please bring both Jerseys.

There will be one more match after 18th April. Details will be given at a later date.

Interclass Planning commitee and Referees (sec 3 and 4)
The interclass basketball games will be held from 17th to 21st May 2010.

We wish to involve all sec 3 basketball members to referee matches, this will help you gain experience and prepare you when you take over in Sec 4 to be in the planning committee. You will be given extra CCA points as a referee instead of a participant.

I will need to meet all Sec 3 and 4 next Wednesday 21st April 2010 at 230 pm in Sec 4 E classroom. Please check back for more details as timing may change due to unforeseen circumstances (ie napfa being organised due to bad weather last week)



Other matters.
Take note that Basketball training will stop and commence only after the SA1. Do check back here for more details then.
