Consent forms to attend Final match for 3rd/4th Placing

Dear members,

the B division team will be playing the last match as follows

Date: 4th Match (wed)
Time: 3 pm
Opponent: Seng Kang Sec School
Placing for: 3rd or 4th in North Zone Basketball Competition
Time the bus leaves school : 150 pm.


Supporters who wish to go for this match are to look for either Miss Marianne Png, Miss Joanna lee or Mrs Elenda Loh tomorrow Tuesday 3rd March to get a consent form for your parents to sign.

Please take note that all supporters must be in school uniform (no PE attire/ Home clothes)
No food and soft drinks will be allowed either. Only mineral water is allowed.
